Our range consists of 5 chaff produce products and molasses which is available in 4 convenient sizes. All our chaff is steam cut and the dust removed. We magnetically scan our produce to ensure there isn’t any imperfections in the final product. We then screen the produce 3 times before it is packed ready for delivery.
Drysdale’s Molofos Combi is a mix of oaten and Lucerne chaff, with a heavy drizzle of Molofos Gold.
The oaten and Lucerne chaff provide essential nutrients and roughage, while the Molofos Gold provides a source of energy, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Lucerne Chaff is best suited to horses with greater nutrient requirements, such as horses in work or competition, and mares in foal or lactating.
Drysdale’s Lucerne Chaff is a great source of protein and calcium, as well as many other vitamins and minerals.
It has a highly digestible energy concentration and is an excellent source of roughage for horses, cattle, sheep and goats. Small amounts even have great yoke pigmentation qualities for laying hens.

Oaten Chaff is highly palatable and is an ideal bulk fibre feed for horses, cattle, sheep and goats.
As with all Drysdale feeds, Oaten Chaff is ideal for mixing with a concentrate feed, slowing the intake of the concentrate and helping to prevent starch overload in the hindgut.

Wheaten Chaff is very high in fibre, making it an excellent source of roughage for horses, cattle, sheep and goats. It is a great alternative feed for horses with a low oat tolerance.

Molasses is the Syrup by-product leftover from Sugar Production from Sugar Cane or Sugar Beet.
Horses naturally have a sweet tooth, making Feed with a little added Molasses, particularly appetising. It is a direct energy source, making it a great additive for horses in work.
Molasses has many nutrients. It is rich in electrolytes, Potassium and salt, as well as B Vitamins.
